Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Planimals Pet Sitting Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client,” “pet owner,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your slot.
Prices may vary depending on the type of pet, number of pets, and complexity of care required.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking for a full refund if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time.
Same-day bookings are accepted based on availability but are non-refundable once confirmed.
If we are unable to provide service due to our own scheduling conflict or emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Pet Health & Behavior

The client confirms that all pets are in good health and free of contagious diseases.
Any history of aggression, biting, or anxiety-related behavior must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Planimals reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet that poses a threat to the sitter, the property, or itself.

4. Liability Waiver

While every effort is made to provide safe, professional care, Planimals Pet Sitting Services is not liable for illness, injury, death, or escape of pets under our care unless due to proven negligence.
We are also not responsible for damage caused by your pet to your home or property during the service period.

5. Access to Property

Clients must provide accurate, reliable access instructions (keys, codes, etc.) at least 24 hours before service begins.
Planimals will not be held responsible for delayed or missed visits due to incorrect or inaccessible entry.

6. Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

7. Photo & Content Use

With your permission, photos or videos taken of your pets during visits may be used for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).

8. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service with Planimals Pet Sitting Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and policies outlined above.
