At Planimals Pet Sitting Services, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect your time and ours, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds are available for services canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled visit or service time.

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Same-day bookings are welcome based on availability, but are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

Modifications

• Requests to reschedule appointments within 24 hours will be considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

• If Planimals Pet Sitting Services must cancel for any reason, a full refund or reschedule will be offered immediately.
